hug police is a small app for sending hugs between two people, operated by Sendracorp ("we"). Using it means you agree to these terms.

the service

• A space connects exactly two people. Invite links are single-use and expire; only share them with your person.
• The app is provided free, as-is, and we may change or discontinue features. We'll be kind about it.

your part

• Only pair with someone who wants to be paired with you. Don't use the app to harass anyone — hugs are for people who want them.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse the service or access data that isn't yours.
• You must be at least 13 to use the app.

no warranty

We do our honest best, but the service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Notifications may occasionally be delayed or undelivered — tell your person you love them through other channels too.

ending things

You can delete your data at any time (how). We may suspend use that violates these terms.

changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date.
